Dr. Shukla is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and received his medical degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College in Pune, India. He has been awarded Best Physician of the month at Florida Hospital Altamonte in Altamonte Springs, Florida, where he remains an affiliate. Dr. Shukla also works with local nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In addition to English, Dr. Shukla is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.

Courtney Segura, APRN-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner, and Cum Laude Graduate from South University. She graduated from Advent Health University with her Associate of Science in Nursing, and continued her education earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at South University. Courtney worked at Advent Health Altamonte Springs Campus as a Registered Nurse for 10 years with experience in Neuro/Surgical Patient Care Unit, float pool, and Intensive Care Unit. She was also the lead Registered Nurse for an outpatient Neurology clinic in Orlando.
