I want to start by saying that it’s hard to find providers that shows what patients mean for them and care for them , so we love everyone at Katie’s way for just being so caring and loving to us . Knowing that they really are for my son’s health makes me so happy. They’re the best.
I have met with Michelle Boggs only one time but she genuinely made me feel seen, heard and understood. I have not had great luck with prior mental health professionals but I am so very happy to have her be on my care team. She made sure that her words made sense to not only me but to my caretaker/partner as well. She is a provider whom I’d highly recommend
Mattie Kay is great, however, the Corporate staff in the building where Mattie Kay is currently located was RUDE! We have NEVER had an experience like this at Katie’s Way and we are deeply disappointed. That type of behavior in this environment is completely unnecessary. We hope to never have to deal with them again.
Michelle is amazing. I feel heard and she discusses everything with me instead of talking down to me.
She is amazing and really listens. She gives good advice and when I just need to get stuff off my chest she is there.

I am so glad I got assigned to her! I absolutely loved having my first visit today. She keeps an upbright mindset the entire time and knows exactly how to keep it feeling like you’re in her office to hang out. And not as if your in a mental health appointment. Atmosphere in the office with her is untouched!

This was my first visit with him after my other APRN left. I was sceptical about it and hoped we would get along. Roy was very personable, knowledgeable and very caring. He answered my questions, talked to me in a professional manner and made me feel quite comfortable. I have a good match with him.

Dr. Rush does a great job of listening and trying out different strategies that help the patient in all settings. He is easy to work with and helpful.
