I honestly wasn’t sure it would help, and I was skeptical at first. Looking back now, I’m so grateful I gave Cass a chance. Cass is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She listens without judgment, makes you feel heard, and has a way of helping you see things from a different perspective. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more confident, and better equipped to handle

My teen daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Ty and she blossomed like a flower 🌹 being talkative, feeling comfortable in her safe space and sharing her feelings. This was so wonderful to see.
