Kacey was very kind and professional. She listened to all my concerns and immediately started thorough testing to get to the bottom of my issues. I truly felt like she listened to me and took my concerns seriously. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, and Charlie in the lab was exceptional in making me comfortable during my blood draw. Wonderful experience overall!
