Dr. Daniel Krivoy, MD
Ophthalmologist
Los Angeles Glaucoma Group is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialty practice offering expert surgical and medical care for glaucoma and premium cataract surgery. We see patients at two locations — Culver City and Torrance — serving Los Angeles, the South Bay, and surrounding communities.
Our practice is led by three glaucoma specialists: Daniel Krivoy, MD, Daniel Park, MD, and Doreen Fazio, MD. Each of our surgeons completed fellowship training in glaucoma and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Together, we bring decades of experience in treating all types and stages of glaucoma — from newly diagnosed patients to complex surgical cases.
We perform the full range of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), including iStent Inject W, Hydrus Microstent, Kahook Dual Blade goniotomy, OMNI canaloplasty, endocyclophotocoagulation, and the AlloFlo Uveo bio-spacer. We also offer sustained drug delivery implants (iDose TR and Durysta) for drop-free glaucoma management, selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT), and traditional glaucoma surgeries including XEN Gel Stent, trabeculectomy, and glaucoma drainage devices.
Our surgeons also perform femtosecond laser-assisted premium cataract surgery with the most advanced intraocular lenses available, including the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL), extended depth of focus lenses (Vivity, Symfony, PureSee), the PanOptix trifocal IOL, and toric IOLs for astigmatism. As glaucoma specialists, we bring a unique advantage to cataract surgery — expert lens selection and the ability to combine MIGS with cataract removal in a single procedure.
Our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic technology, including Zeiss Humphrey visual field perimetry, the latest optical coherence tomography (OCT) with the Zeiss Forum platform for longitudinal trend analysis, anterior segment OCT, corneal topography, optical biometry, and iCare HOME tonometry for 24-hour home eye pressure monitoring.
Dr. Krivoy is the founder of the Los Angeles Glaucoma Foundation and recently organized the Foundation's inaugural continuing education symposium in partnership with the Los Angeles County Optometric Society. He is the immediate past president of the Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmology, a board member of the Research Study Club of Los Angeles, and a principal investigator in clinical trials evaluating novel glaucoma therapies and devices. He is a native Spanish speaker.
Dr. Park is the only native Korean-speaking glaucoma specialist in Los Angeles, providing care in both English and Korean.
Our practice participates in clinical research to advance the treatment of glaucoma and is actively involved in evaluating new surgical devices, drug delivery systems, and diagnostic technologies.
We accept most commercial insurance plans and Medicare. To schedule an appointment, call our Culver City or Torrance office, or book online.
