Erica was wonderful at listening and understanding the situation. She promptly responded to any outreach of questions/concerns by text, call & email. I so appreciated her help!
Dr. Pollard was caring , positive and praised Chuck even when he couldn’t answer. He provided a plan for medications as well as made a few suggestions about further testing and a different med for Chuck. We will discuss as a family the best approach to help Chuck live the quality of life he wants.
