I’ve been seeing Briana for almost 1 year at least once monthly. When I tell you she is the BEST NP I have ever had the pleasure of seeing I mean it. She’s one of the very few who actually care about their patients. She loves her job and it shows in how she treats her clients. Every time I walk in that door or pick up the phone for a visit with her I feel safe and know that I’m going to be treated like family. Not just another record number or copay. This was my first time meeting Brianna Lovelace, PMHNP-BC, and I felt comfortable with her right away. She truly listened to me, showed genuine care, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Brianna took the time to walk me through the new plan step by step and made sure I understood everything. I left the appointment feeling supported, reassured, and hopeful, which meant a great deal to me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive provider.
