Dr. Kaplan and his staff are committed to patient satisfaction and really care about each patients well being. The office is well managed and you are able to text your requests to their office number and actually get a response back in a timely manner. In this day and age when service everywhere has suffered, Dr. Kaplan is providing the kind of experience we all crave from our doctors where we are heard. Dr. Kaplan is kind, a very good listener, knowledgeable and someone I highly recommend!
