It’s such a relief to have someone who can break down the information in a way that’s easy to understand, so I always know exactly what the results mean.

They explained the process and what to expect next. Mary’s process was thorough. She explained her physical diagnosis and what was happening to me. She laid out the steps that were necessary to verify her expected diagnosis. Then she scheduled the required tests to define my diagnosis. I was pleasantly surprised at their caring, communication clarity and efficiency.
