She welcomes discussion and respects the patient’s perspective. Abby employs a team approach. She provides information and options to enhance the patient’s understanding, which enables the patient to be actively involved in decision making along the journey. I really appreciate and value her knowledge and experience. I’m very comfortable with her bedside manner, and confident in her ability to improve my cognitive issues.
