I love how she takes the time to really listen to me and acknowledge my feelings. She gives me hope and reminds me to take things day by day and she also gives me the right tools to help me outside of medication. She has a holistic approach that I like and recognizes its more than just medication to improve symptoms and managing mental health. If you are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and realistic provider, Jessica is a great choice!

I really lucked out with connecting with Dr. Kofman. I honestly was and am still struggling with some low-functioning behavior. Somehow Dr. Kofman encouraged me to take better care of myself. I feel more confident for that reason. Haha both me and her have a lot of work ahead but for the first time I feel like I have a fighting chance. I actually have support and it's a gamechanger.
