She is friendly, open and honest and allowed me to explain my symptoms, past experiences and goals for treatment/therapy, giving me a voice in decision-making. I left feeling hopeful about my treatment plan, which is what I wanted for my first visit. I look forward to continuing a positive and productive doctor/patient relationship with Dr. Reid.
