She did not come across in a judgemental manner, but rather, very encouraging. She also pointed out activities not vital for progress in my health journey (ie., protein shakes or supplements are not essential in meeting daily protein goals). She provided helpful and easy ways to complete best health eating outcomes. Dayna was very personal and genuine in her interactions with me.
