She helped me to understand my weaknesses as it relates to my food consumption and those foods that would have a negative impact on my health. She helped me to be aware of the foods I should avoid and more importantly, those foods I should not have so much of. She convinced me to challenge myself to not only to watch what I eat, but watch what I eat so that I would have a better quality of life if I continue to eat healthier.

She is kind & patient, and does not judge me if I "slip" along our path to better health. She is very knowledgeable about foods and how healthier choices and small changes can have significant health benefits. I have already recommended her services to several of my friends, and I will continue to do so whenever I get the opportunity. Her diet advice was very helpful during my surgeries, so that my body had proper nutrition to heal well afterwards. I am grateful for Dayna.
