They gave clear and concise instructions from the initial evaluation until the completion of the course. Reaching out and making themselves available for any questions or concerns I had even after completing the course. They sent the completed class to the DMV and insured it was accepted and told me as much. During a very stressful time the folks at New Hope were amazing putting my mind at ease!
