Dr. Hamilton has been an incredible source of support in helping me manage panic attacks and anxiety disorder. From the very beginning, he created a safe, understanding, and nonjudgmental space where I felt truly heard. His approach was both compassionate and practical, combining thoughtful guidance with effective strategies that helped me better understand my symptoms and regain a sense of control in my daily life.
