North Pacific Dermatology is a state-of-the-art dermatology and aesthetics practice in Arcata and Crescent City, California. The highly skilled team takes a patient-centered approach to skin care, creating individual plans that provide the best possible outcomes.
At North Pacific Dermatology we work with our patients to mange all types of skin conditions, including acne, dermatitis, and scars, for people of all ages. We also offer skin surgery to treat unwanted lesions and skin cancer.
In addition to medical and surgical services, North Pacific Dermatology has a sister office, North Pacific Aesthetics, providing aesthetic services to address various skin concerns such as laser treatments for tattoo, hair reduction, improvement of fine lines and wrinkles, microneedling, facials and injectables.
The practice strives to provide evidenced-based care in both the medical and aesthetic field. All cosmetic and surgical procedures are performed by experienced medical professionals. The practice was established in 2007 by Kelly Kinsley, MD a dermatologist with over 20 years of experience in skincare, laser and injectables. He personally oversees all services provided in the practice by Physician Assistants and Nurses, helping to ensure best practice, consistency, and to push each provider to improve their skill set.

Dr. Was extremely gentle and mild mannered, confident and considerate. It was my first visit to a new dermatologist and I felt examined and cared for. I had my annual exam w my old Dr for this Sept 600 miles away but after the visit here and treatment I feel completely comfortable making the switch and cancelled my Sept. appt.
