All staff are reassuringly nice and professional. I was comfortable with the way they handled their responsibilities. An absolute plus was the first stick in my arm was successful to withdraw blood to be tested. Usually I have to have many sticks from one arm to the other before the needle inserts the vein.
Dr. Theakston is the best and thorough in explaining in detail even if nothing requires any treatment, adjustment, or medication, such was the case for me this appointment
