The Front Desk ladies are friendly and helpful. The nurse who took me back was polite, friendly and a very good listener to have everything ready for PA Kara Boothby. I did not wait long and my appointment started. Mrs. Boothby was very and did not rush through the information for a yearly exam. I did not feel rushed. She allowed me to ask questions and I answered her questions. She assured me that everyone in the office works well together!

His bedside manner is thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely patient-centered. What stands out most is that he takes the time to listen and understand the bigger picture rather than simply prescribing medication to mask a problem. Don looks for the why behind what is going on and works toward actually solving the problem. He makes you feel heard, respected, and involved in your own care. The team at Northwoods is fantastic.
