The Front Desk ladies are friendly and helpful. The nurse who took me back was polite, friendly and a very good listener to have everything ready for PA Kara Boothby. I did not wait long and my appointment started. Mrs. Boothby was very and did not rush through the information for a yearly exam. I did not feel rushed. She allowed me to ask questions and I answered her questions. She assured me that everyone in the office works well together!

He really takes time to listen, then carefully and fully explains things from his ample experience. That sounds like it's a lot easier than it is. I'm an expert in my field, like Don, and it takes extreme levels of discipline to give someone still learning, the room and time to explain things without jumping in early to solve the problem and move in. Absolutely recommend Northwoods Family Medicine
