I waited in the waiting room for an hour. The tech took me back to the room and did not introduce herself. She took my X-rays and left without a word. Then I waited another half hour for the dentist. He didn’t introduce himself when he came in so I didn’t even know he was the dentist and not a hygienist. He cleaned my teeth brusquely without checking in on my comfort. They use a water technique for cleaning and he sprayed water all over my face and did not offer me eye protection. He then said I was good to go and left without reviewing my X-rays. Only when I called him back with questions did he talk to me about my cavity and future treatment plan.

I’ve been here twice and had good experiences both times. I saw two different providers who were both gentle and fast. I don’t have dental insurance and have found their prices to be very reasonable. The building the office is in is a little rough but the office itself is clean and new. There is also easy parking!

The office was clean and the staff was pleasant. Dr. Lau explained very clearly all of my options and offered suggestions for what I didnt understand. I'm so happy I switched to Nova. I will recommend them to friends and family.
