Dr. Natalie Jones Was Amazing. Sad to say I have not had the best experience with Dr. Offices here lately and we walked in and felt Comfort immediately. Being a mom of 3 in environments such as these sometimes takes a toll and can be overwhelming. This is the first time I didn’t feel rushed, I felt heard and like she really cared from Dr. Natalie to the Receptionist. I’m so appreciative for NovaStar providing outstanding customer service & Taking care of the community.
