I appreciate that he will call in a Prescription for a Portable Machine, I wish though it was this week. I had a lot of questions I needed to ask, but never got the chance and no return appt. was made. I kind of feel like I have been left out in the cold, this is all new and I am at a loss on what to do and what to expect. But I am sure they are at a loss on this as well, new to them. I was considering going to Lubbock or Dallas before finding Kevin and his team. His Experience speaks! Also, I am extremely busy and I was surprised that his appointment times are well kept.
