Dr. O'Connell is a caring, compassionate and understanding person. He listens, asked and prescribed, if necessary the right medication. My husband and I have been patient since the opening. His staff is proffessional, knowledable, caring and friendly. Office is clean, organized and plenty of parking. Bring the entire family, walk in welcome. HIGHLY and recommended
