I am diabetic and was having trouble managing it. I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and starting to show signs of kidney problems. Today in my appointment he told me that every aspect of previous conditions are in normal range now. With the right medications, coaching and attention, he has helped me get back on track. I will be with Dr. Patel as long as I can. I trust him. He is a great Doctor.

Scheduling 6 different test, was accomplished. The follow up assisted with that. I look forward to my Scheduled appt with Dr Patel in 2 months for all the results and future healthcare advice. I recommend Dr Smeet Patel to assign, as you're primary care doctor.
