She took the time to hear my concerns and asked insightful follow-up questions. She reviewed her diagnosis and treatment plan in a thorough yet simple manner. I recently moved and all my care is sort of up in the air, I was able to make a same day appointment at a convenient time. As a patient I felt valued and understood, which is often a rarity in healthcare.
