Awesome! I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect for my FCE test. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The testing by Darin put me at ease. He didn’t push me, just wanted to know what I could do comfortably. Very patient, caring and really “listened” to me as I was giving him my Medical History. I strongly recommend Optimal Health.

Would recommend to family and friends
Had a fairly traumatic knee injury, (for me), and had the knee scoped. Scope procedure was a success but experienced quite a bit of pain, atrophy and stiffness afterwards. After 3-4 visits, my condition had already improved notably. Was also given exercises to do at home which I did. Excellent hands-on place to receive therapy.
There is not a better therapist. You make recovering from misery enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Brian was great at identifying the problem and helping me to treat my vertigo. He sent me home with exercises that should help me in the coming days. He was very informative, kind, and humorous.
