Led by board-certified pediatrician Vidya Krishnamurthy, MD, Pediatrics and Genetics is a superior practice in Alpharetta, Georgia, that serves babies, children of all ages, and teenagers. The practice provides comprehensive, efficient services in a warm, friendly environment. 

Pediatrics and Genetics takes a holistic approach to providing personalized in-person and telemedicine medical services for young patients in Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Forsyth, Johns Creek, North Fulton, Milton, and other North Atlanta suburbs.

Dr. Krishnamurthy is board-certified in pediatrics and genetics. She completed her pediatric training at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her medical genetics training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. 

Dr. Krishnamurthy is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College of Medical Genetics. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a pediatrician, including time spent practicing in Malaysia. She’s also board-certified in pediatrics in the United Kingdom and a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP).

Dr. Krishnamurthy offers personalized nutrition therapy, counseling, and general pediatric care. She treats illnesses, diseases, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, injuries, and numerous other conditions many children face.

Pediatrics and Genetics provides after-hours care, genetic testing, immunizations, newborn care, physical exams (including school and sports physicals), sick visits, and numerous other pediatrics services. 

Dr. Krishnamurthy has hospital privileges at Northside Hospital in Atlanta and Forsyth, Emory Johns Creek Hospital in Johns Creek, Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center in Roswell, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She visits newborns and admits patients for additional testing or in-patient care when necessary.

Pediatrics and Genetics collaborates with genetic testing services all over the United States. Dr. Krishnamurthy offers results interpretation and follow-up care. She works with reputable universities and hospitals overseas that research new therapies and diagnoses.
