I had my first Tele visit with Barbara today. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a feeling of hope. After we talked for the first half hour, she reviewed options for next steps. I came out of my meeting with her feeling better than I have in a while. This practice/therapist is by far one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I've had received great long term therapy in the past which helped emensly, but if you're reading this than you probably already know, everyone could use therapy at any time. I was able to get in therapy and some more modern approaches almost immediately as they are always taking me patients.
