Saw me before my appointment time. Addressed all of my concerns. Was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I’ve had the same doctor for 24 years, this was my first time with someone new. Left that practice because the office staff was extremely rude and it was impossible to make an appointment. Here I was greeted with nothing but kindness.
