Unfortunately, I saw I had a flat tire after my appointment. Jose saw that I was stranded and he insisted on helping me. In the pouring rain, he replaced my tires, spending an hour of his own time after work. Jose truly went above and beyond for me. He made my day by making it easy, owning his role, and ensuring I got home safely. Thank you Jose and the amazing team!
