I would first like to say this appointment was super easy to schedule. I had some confusion around time but Krista called back right away which I appreciate. For this to be a first appointment I felt super comfortable with her. I felt that was I rambled and was all over the place but she kept up and was able to summarize what I was saying how I thought it as opposed to how it spilled out, if that make sense. I kind of feel conflicted because I considered switching to her as my primary therapist.
