My therapist is extremely important I'm very introverted and she's one of the few if not the only person I can speak openly with and from the heart. I can allow myself to become vulnerable and don't feel like she's going to judge or look at me differently. I appreciate her and if no one else tells her she's appreciate I'll say it daily to her and although I know I should probably share her name with others I'm also selfish. I'm a work in progress moving in the right direction.
