I’m always treated with respect and kindness when I’m there. I really like the staff and doctors but yesterday there must’ve been a hiccup somewhere because I was only there for labs which took over an hour. They were really busy but they have been busy before and I was ion and out in 30-40 minutes and had my yearly check up. Labs and all so I’m just going to call this a hiccup. Overall I’m really happy with the clinic staff and the doctors

My experience with Primary Doctors of Grandprarie is amazing. I love the way the staff greets you and make you a priority when entering into the office at my appointment time. Dr. Pannebren Nanga is an excellent, caring, compassionate and thorough doctor that handles your health needs very careful as though they were her own. I searched for this doctor when she left her old office and I discovered she was at her new office in Grand Prarie and I found her again. She is my doctor who I would recommend to many because of her excellent and amazing care and expertise in family practice. Yesterday, I had an early morning appointment, and I was earlier than my appointment time so that I could get to work early. From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The staff took me in early, and Dr. Nangha has gone above and beyond to ensure that my complete health and wellness have been made a top priority. Dr. Nangha is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plans. The staff is equally wonderful, always helpful and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Nangha and the Primary Care Doctors of Grand Prairie to anyone seeking exceptional medical care!
