This was my second visit to Dr Jacob. The first was for an initial evaluation. There were no issues so I didn’t see him again for several years. Today I went back with some frightening symptoms. I found Sarah and Dr. Jacob to put me at ease while taking my concerns seriously. The follow up tests will give us more answers, but already I am grateful for the professionalism and compassion I experienced with this practice. Read less
