I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. The doctor was very gentle and thorough. She assured me that she would get the foreign object out of my eye, and I would start to feel comfortable again. I had a great experience there. The doctor was very personable. Made me feel at ease. I would definitely go back.

She took the time to exa... Read more We brought our 3-year-old son in for a sick visit, and from the first phone call through the appointment, everyone was kind and compassionate. Dr. Kropf was gentle, patient, and wonderful with our toddler. She took the time to examine him, explain everything clearly, and choose the best treatment. We were so impressed that we will be bringing all of our children to her. Highly recommend!
