I was experiencing high stress and anxiety after 3 close people in my life died suddenly within the same month. The grief also reignited fairly extreme hiatal hernia discomfort. After my first session, I was thrilled to experience a great deal of immediate relief from the anxiety and grief, and my hernia pain disappeared! My second treatment today continued to enhance my comfort. I will continue treatment again in three weeks.

Today I had my first acupuncture session with Cynthia Poppe and experienced a dramatic sense of relaxation in my body and emotions. I am very encouraged and will continue with this healing modality. I am also convinced of Cynthia's skill as a practitioner.
