She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She was incredibly knowledgable and it was very apparent that she was doing everything she could to give me the best care possible. She was giving me all sorts of options as well as resources! Truly went above and beyond and you can just tell that she's an above and beyond kind of person without thinking twice about it.
