Lengthy review of proper lifting, movements, support devices like different size/shape spine support cushions, back braces, books to assist with exercises. Very thorough with language that was easy to follow. Very impressive and thorough, Five Stars!!

Holly listened well to my concerns and as well was able to give accommodations appropriate for me. I look forward to working with her to address my needs. She is pleasant, polite, has a sense of humor and displays a lot of knowledge about her field.
