Shannon is incredibly kind and genuine. She feels down to earth but at the same time is super knowledgeable. She and her staff are very hard workers and take their job seriously and with great care. Every time I go in for an appointment I am satisfied with the results. Shannon is also excellent with children! She has taken care of many of my daughters warts! She was highly personable and compassionate, noting and asking about the absence of my beloved toy poodle Tony, whom I used to bring along, and sympathetic when I burst into tears and said he had unexpectedly died recently.
