Jessie is awesome. That perfect mixture of genuine, professional, caring,and intentional. She certainly listens with far more than her notepad, and asks the right kind of questions that provokes consideration and thoughtful answers. She also brings me into the communication and collaboration of care, which is something I endlessly appreciate.
