From the moment I arrived, Roger demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being. He took the time to thoroughly explain every examination, procedure, and step of my treatment, ensuring that I understood exactly what was happening and why. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable. What impressed me most was his ability to make me feel safe, secure, and genuinely cared for during an incredibly vulnerable and frightening time in my life. His thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and reassuring demeanor made an experience I was dreading so much easier to navigate. There is a tremendous difference between a medical professional who simply treats a patient and one who truly cares for the person behind the injury. Roger is absolutely the latter.
