I think Dr Hefker is great! I've followed her throughout the years because I did not want to stop seeing her and start seeing someone else for my care
Sometimes there are some technological issues and either you cant hear the conversation or its not connecting buuutt other than that I would give a 10 out of 10 they really listen to you and what you need, they care rather than just giving you another pill or upping the dose and calling it good
They make sure youre comfortable with any adjustmen
