I find it hard to open up and talk. Nicole has a very gentle feeling about her that was comforting. The more sessions we had the more I unknowingly opened up and really got into the issues of my past to resolve them. She's a great listener and helps guide me into making my own decisions about how to handle things next. I'm not typically one to open up and dwell on the past, she has taught me methods to resolve them and move forward. I hope anyone who seeks therapy finds someone like her.
