Patricia was present, friendly, and kind. She followed up with me in a timely manner. She checked up on me as to how I was doing and had a follow up phone call. I felt safe and felt I could ask her questions and she would take her time to answer them. She gives compassionate and thoughtful care.

Excellent, gentle care given to my sister who is suffering from long term eating disorders. She was professional, kind, and patiently explained all the medical wishes that my sister chose and got them documented so the remainder of my sister’s life will be respectful and dignified. Also, getting a critical, time is of the essence, appointment was a blessing for my sister and our family’s peace of mind.
