My mother's safety and comfort were clearly Sarah's priorities. Sarah listened carefully and with genuine warmth and interest, addressed all of my mother's concerns, patiently explained the exercises she recommended and reviewed them with my mother, gently demonstrating small corrections for safety. We're very grateful to be working with her to improve my mother's strength, balance and safety so that she can remain independent.
