Welcome to Sea Hope Counseling, a compassionate therapy practice in St. Augustine, Florida. Our skilled licensed mental health counselor, Kristin Christopher, cares for patients aged 4 and older struggling with mental health conditions, neurodivergence, or difficult life situations. Kristin works with entire families, enhancing their relationships, abilities, and overall quality of life. 

Sea Hope Counseling specializes in neurodivergence, offering expert guidance for every chapter of life to those with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and giftedness. We understand that patients’ journeys are unique. We offer a safe and understanding space, where healing, growth, and self-discovery take root. 

Whether our clients desire to strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges, or seek balance, we’re here to help them move forward with confidence and clarity. Kristin is neurospicy. She’s passionate about helping her patients build independence and self-worth. Kristin helps adults, teenagers, and children feel understood, discovering their strengths and helpful life skills.
