I am a new patient to Dr. Michael. From the time I walked in, I was greeted in a warm and kind manner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Visit was timely and all my concerns were heard and addressed. Dr. Michael is very intelligent, thorough, kind and compassionate. She has tele health available which is great when I'm ill and not able to make it physically to her office. My family and I will continue to see her. Thank you.

Dr. Michael seems to be one of the most caring and informative physicians in Lufkin. I feel very relaxed and comfortable talking with her because she takes the time with me and explains everything so I can fully understand it. I feel blessed to have met her in the hospital while I was there, and immediately jumped at the chance to have her as my new PCP. I hope to be a patient of her so many, many more years.
