I had a great appointment with Dr. Alex Capucino. He was kind, patient, and took the time to really listen to everything I had to say. For the first time in years, I actually felt heard and understood instead of feeling like I was just being brushed off. He answered my questions, made me feel comfortable, and I left feeling confident that I was finally in good hands.
