Welcome to Sis Therapy/Already Done LLC, a telehealth psychotherapy practice based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 

Our licensed clinical social worker, Paula Williams, LCSW, offers an array of compassionate mental health services for people aged 5 and older, including those in the LGBTQ+ community.

Paula helps people manage an array of mental health-related disorders, including substance use disorder (SUD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism. 

She also helps treat bipolar disorder, codependency, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and other personality disorders. 

Paula cares for individuals struggling with past trauma, ongoing stress, women’s issues, and relationship challenges. 

She addresses behavioral issues stemming from oppositional defiance (ODD), antisocial personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), conduct disorder, and similar concerns.

Sis Therapy/Already Done LLC offers adult therapy, pre-adolescent and adolescent therapy, LGBTQ counseling, coping skills, and military support. 

We also provide anger management, aging support, and other solutions to help clients navigate difficult life transitions and body image concerns.
