I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone at this office! From the doctor to the entire staff, everyone is absolutely amazing, and I truly appreciate the care, kindness, and support they provide.
First, Dr. Emily Pineda is an incredible doctor who is always there for me whenever I need help. She is loving, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m grateful to have a doctor who goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.
The staff deserves just as much recognition!
❤️ Veronica at the front desk is always so sweet, welcoming, and friendly. She makes every visit a pleasant experience.
❤️ Tiffany in the back office is always kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to assist whenever I need something.
❤️ Dulce deserves a special shout-out for the important work she does helping patients get their medications covered by insurance. That kind of dedication makes a huge difference in people’s lives.
❤️ Joanne is absolutely awesome! She has helped me work through some very complicated issues with my work-related paperwork, and I truly appreciate her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help.
❤️ Jackie in the infusion center is always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. She also gets a special shout-out because she always hits my vein when I’m getting my infusions!

Dr. Pineda is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She always takes the time to talk to me about my concerns and explains her recommended treatment plans so I can understand how it will help me. Her treatment approach is focused on improving the overall quality of life for her patients and her advice is always given in compassionate way that isn’t at all condescending. My RA is in remission and I am grateful for Dr. Pineda and South Texas Arthritis Care Center.
