Just do it! Do you have a referral for Physical Therapy? Do you have pain? Don't put it off! Dr. Amy Spencer will work with you to find solutions. She helped me with my shoulder before and now has helped with my leg, working with me to find out what works. She always takes your pain seriously but with a sense of humor too.
