But Dr. Olson upheld the highest standards for providing care. Not once did I feel judged or looked down upon. She listened to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Norman was fabulous. He was empathetic…put on a sling quickly to reduce my pain. ❤️ He did everything possible to get a diagnosis quickly so i could leave town the next day. He explained what he was going to do and did it gently and quickly.
His knowledge, clear explanations and sincere concern that this was sadly happening when we were in town visiting relatives impressed both my husband and I.
